The roads were all flooded around the property and no directions were given by Booking.com although owners said they had been sent. I received nothing nor any warning on the day of arrival. In the end I never stayed

Have stayed at Fingle glen when passing through for years and it never disappoint . Staff are always so helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff even cooked me food not on the menu as i am a bit fussy. The hotel room was perfectly clean and comfortable and nice and spacious. The room was lovely and quiet also. Special shout out to karen and michelle in the kitchen for the great food and cake 😊

Set in a beautiful location, peaceful, clean, staff were very helpful as id had an accident in work that day and they offered to carry my bags to my room and couldnt do enough to help, even offered to get me ice for a broken toe ,(as it turned out)
