This fully restored circa 1890s Dutch Barge has been converted into a charming houseboat with two spacious furnished bedrooms. The upper deck wheelhouse can also serve as a large pullout double bed. Raised on spud-legs, the barge seamlessly adjusts to the tide while remaining stable and fixed on the pontoon. Enjoy modern amenities in the kitchen and living room, complete with a large dining table and patio dining suite on deck. With spectacular views from every room, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. Water-sports enthusiasts can rent jet skis, sailboats, paddleboards, and fishing trips from our harbor, situated in a National Trust area of natural beauty. On-site activities include walking, birdwatching, and kayaking, with easy access to nearby beaches. During April to October, you can also enjoy the convenience of an on-site café and bar located at the harbour entrance.

Water-Sports including jet skis, sailing, paddle boarding and fishing trips are all available to hire from our harbour. We are located on a National Trust area of natural beauty. Walking and bird watching are on site. You can use our Kayaks to take you out the harbour onto wonderful beaches, alternatively a short stroll onto a beach for a swim. Sunrises and Sunsets along with the local wildlife is a photographers dream location. On site cafe and bar located at harbour entrance from April to October
