The cooked breakfast was good but the selection of "continental" items was very limited, maybe because we were the first people in.

The room looked and smelt fresh. The bed was clean and comfortable with plenty room for the two of us. Basic needs catered for, with an iron and hairdryer already in the room. Also had tea and coffee facilities.

Very cheap, very good value, clean, facilities as described, friendly host, good secure parking (next to the linked hotel). Utilitarian and functional but that was fine.
