Staff lovely the pool was very noisy from the water fall and the hot tub wasn't working. When we went in the morning on the Friday a class eas being taken in the pool and my mum couldn't swim. The tiles in the shower in are room need a good bleach and the outdoor chairs and table needed a clean. Food lovely and the surrounding area beautiful

The breakfast was enormous ,she catered for everyone's needs and more. it was all fresh and cooked at the time of seating, whilst waiting to be cooked which wasn't long, we had fresh fruit, Greek yogurt and fruit yogurt, croissants toast marmalade etc to be getting on with, Debbie was an excellent host and very friendly nothing was too much trouble for her.

Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

The beds, while quite small and very soft, were actually comfortable. The location is on a quiet residential street, right next to a grocery store, a few minutes walk to the centre of Ashford and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We encountered issues during our stay and had to contact the property management who were responding very fast and sent a maintenance guy who was also very polite.LuciaGermany

But we chose the hotel for its proximity to Godmersham, which we were there to see as part of a Jane Austen tour. We took advantage of the nearby footpaths for a lovely walk and rather than make a reservation for a formal dinner we ate at a nearby pub. The breakfast was spectacular (I had the porridge) and we both enjoyed sitting in the beautiful dining room with garden views.
