It's very convenient for the airport, staff were great, the room let it down, as it hadn't been cleaned properly, Kettle wasn't working & no lighting outside, so couldn't go & inform staff of these problems... we slept & left.

The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light.

The rooms were very small. No room for even a bedside light. No connection to the internet in our room. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No evidence of sound proofing and the bread was broken and VERY uncomfortable. Doubt if the stairway meets fire regulations. Poor value for money even at the prices they charge. Only positive - it was possible to walk to Bristol airport.

The pick up at 3am from the airport was prompt and very welcome. But, we recieved no help with our cases and given very little info by the staff member about the room. The room was accessed by going up a steep narrow staircase which was tricky with heavy cases. The toilet was dirty and my son found a bottle cap in his bed! In the morning we found out the staff don't work until the afternoon. Breakfast was a box of cereal and milk. No other option. Proximity to airport was perfect though.

We didn't enjoy our stay with you unfortunately.

We didn't enjoy our stay with you unfortunately. We stopped in lodge number 1 when we arrived and entered the lodge it was a mess, the carpets weren't hoovered, there were spiders and cobwebs in the rooms but there were 4 in one room (en suit bedroom) dust everywhere, cob webs on the vents and the lodge stank. Also in the room with the en suite the main light did not work the lamps had no bulbs in we had no hot water and the bath rooms there was hair dye on the floor in one and no toilet paper in the other and also mould in the shower. Alot of the furniture was either broken or ripped and covered in stains, we were also given no information by the check in staff we were given more information when we checked out then when we arrived. For what we paid we are pretty disappointed

I chose it because of it being near to the airport. Room cramped and lacking in some facilities. Television not in best place for easy viewing when in bed, or sitting in a chair - there wasn't a chair to sit in. Expensive fir what was offered.

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. However I hardly slept because of the heavy traffic on the A38 and the outside lights. Were I to stay again I would specify a room at the back!

perfect place to rest up before a flight we travelled down during storm Eunice which caused a power cut to the hotel and surrounding area. communication and updates were brilliant; power resumed at 6pm as predicted. Bed and bedding are lush; I had an excellent nights sleep. Decent breakfast selection, plenty of milk, a good-sized fridge and a decent shower with plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.

We know what to expect from previous visits. Prices have gone up (we paid a similar price for a 4* hotel a few days before!). Location very near to airport, open all hours. Good, efficient minibus transfers - excellent. So sad that the airport has decided to increase prices for you to drop off and collect pax, and are planning to raise them again soon. Overall, a good accommodation location for a late night flight arrival or departure. Thank you.

Decent accommodation, very good value, very close to the airport. Bed and breakfast is stretching the definition a little bit - breakfast is some mini boxes of cereal in the room. But if you need to be up to catch and early flight then it's quite nice to eat in the room. Unlike many more expensive hotels, there's actually sockets by the bed so I could charge my phone. This is budget accommodation and it works for what it is, I was happy enough.

This was the only cheap accommodation I could find around Bristol airport. It's so close that you can walk to the airport in 10 min. Hotel also provides transfer at 5 pounds per person. It was pretty warm in the room. There are some different cereals together with tea and coffee. The reception will provide fresh milk. Cups and plates are available

Staff were extremely helpful in many ways. Shuttle to the airport was on time (to the minute) so there were no worries re: time of arrival at the airport at all and we left the hotel at 05.00 hrs !
