Situated in the Tay Valley, Cliff View offers a self-catering bungalow with panoramic views over Kinnoull Hill and the Friaton Bridge. It is just 10 minutes’ drive from the ancient city of Perth. Featuring a large, private garden, the three-bedroom detached bungalow features free Wi-Fi throughout. With a washer/dryer, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, an oven, and a fridge/freezer. Overlooking Kinnoul Hill, the lounge has a picture window and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. Along with 2 twin bedrooms, there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. Each Cliff View bedroom has a hairdryer and a wall-mounted flat-screen Freeview TV with a DVD player. Cliff View is ideal for observing local wildlife, with deer, rabbits, and squirrels frequently surrounding the property. Seasonal birds can also be spotted.
