A newly refurbished first floor apartment that sits above our Tapas Restaurant on a corner in the West End residential area. The Accommodation is located on the first floor and accessed from a dedicated entrance, hallway and stairs. Fully Equipped kitchen, Bathroom with walk in shower, Living room with Cable TV,DVD, dinning area and double sofa bed, Twin Bedroom, Double Bedroom with King Size bed. Free Wi-Fi. Resident parking pass included. Close to shops, pubs, restaurants and attractions The restaurant opens from 6pm on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening. Most nights our guests have left by approx. 11pm-11.30pm. If required you can book a table with us either prior to or after you have arrived. If we can’t fit you in or you would prefer we can offer to bring the tapas to you so you can enjoy upstairs in the flat. You will receive a 10% discount in the restaurant or if eating upstairs. If you would like to join us for a drink and maybe some nibbles later in the evening and we have a free table you are more than welcome to do this. There will be some noise generated from the restaurant during the times above but we hope that this doesn’t cause any issues during your stay.
We live around the corner from the Apartment with our children and as well as office jobs we also run the Tapas restaurant that is on the ground floor. We have grown up in Lincoln and are very proud of our City and all the attractions it has to offer. We love the fact that within 5/10 mins walk you can be in the city centre or in the Castle square.
The accommodation is located in Lincoln’s West End residential area with easy access to all areas of the City. You have the open space of the West Common opposite with views of this from the first floor rooms. The Carholme Golf Course is located opposite the bottom of Hewson Road. There are a few of Local pubs within easy walking distance; The Queen In The West – Moor Street: Real Ales, Sports, quieter lounge area. The West End Tap – Newland Street West: Real Ales and a good selection of international lagers. The Horse & Groom – Junction of Carholme road and bridge over the Brayford Pool – Real Ales: This pub also does very good food including Sunday Roasts. Eating out locally Obviously you have the Bowl Full Tapas Bar downstairs!! Eleanor’s Kitchen – West Parad: Café open during the day serving breakfasts and lunch (and very good coffee), very friendly owners. They are also open on a Friday evening for Pizza night and can do Take Away or eat-in. There are a couple of Fish and Chip shops located on Carholme Road and a Chinese take away on West Parade. The Horse & Groom Pub as mentioned above. Shops there are a number of local stores and small supermarkets within 5/10mins

Please note, the apartment is located on the first floor and accessed from a dedicated entrance, hallway and stairs. The flat sits above a tapas restaurant. As a result, guests may experience noise disruption during the restaurant's opening hours.

The restaurant opens from 18:00 on a Friday and Saturday evening. Most nights the restaurant's diners have left by 23:30.

If required, guests can book a table at the restaurant either prior to or after arrival. If table reservations are fully booked or a guest would prefer to dine inside the apartment, food can be cooked at the restaurant and and delivered to the apartment. Guests will receive a 10% discount in the restaurant or if eating upstairs.

If a guest would like to join the restaurant staff for a drink and maybe some snacks later in the evening and a table is available, they are welcome to do so.
