Ideally located on Blake Street you are just a minutes’ walk from anything you could possibly want to do in the city. With its own private entrance on street level you take an initial staircase up inside the property to the main hallway. On this floor you can find the spacious master bedroom with super kingsize bed and modern decor. The second bedroom can also be found on this floor. This room benefits from having a double bed with an overhead single bed. A stylish shower room is also on the same floor featuring partial tiling and fixed overhead shower. A carpeted staircase leads up to the second floor of the property where the lounge and kitchen are located. The lounge comfortably seats 5 and features an LCD TV and DVD player. The kitchen benefits from solid wood worktops, gas hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A large skylight sits at the top of the third floor of the property allowing lots of natural light in. The spacious third bedroom can be found on this floor with double bed, hanging space and drawer units. There is also an elegant bathroom the top floor.
