Old school family holiday destination.
Old school family holiday destination. Fun fair, crazy golf, donkey rides, arcades, parks, aquarium and nature land seal sanctuary. Skegness has everything from chip shops, icecreams, donuts and seaside rock. For the adults there’s shops, bars and nightlife and the embassy theatre for an excellent show.

I loved Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the Aquarium.
I loved Natureland Seal Sanctuary and the Aquarium. I walked for miles along the seafront and enjoyed Slushies and Ice cream from stalls near the clock tower. My favourite meal was a crab salad from the Seafood cafe near the Tower Gardens

Skegness has a wonderful long sandy beach.
Skegness has a wonderful long sandy beach. It’s definitely the main attraction. By day there’s the obvious huge number of amusement arcades and a funfair on the seafront. Plenty of small independent shops and cafes but not many restaurants. At night the lack of restaurants is even more acute. Having to use a car to dine out is not what most people want.

I like the seal sanctuary it would be nice if the seal sanctuary was a little bit bigger and also it would be nice so if the aquarium was extended to it would be nice if they was bus to the Skegness zoo
Nice welcome and everything was explained quickly and clearly. Very clean room with clean minimal decor (which I like) and tea & coffee in the room.
Good shower with easy-to-control hot water and the towels were like having a cuddle, very good quality. The bed was nice and comfortable.
Easy access with keys after hours and a great location just a 3-4 mins walk from the seafront and town centre.
Lovely friendly guesthouse, happy to stay again.
the room that we stayed in was very clean and the bed was really comfortable you couldn't meet nicer hosts Murray and Alfiya couldn't do enough for us and they made us feel so welcome the hotel is on a very quite road about a 10 minute walk into the town centre we will definitely stay there again it was great value for money we didn't have the breakfast but other customers who did told us it was amazing.
Hotel is facing the seafront across the road from all the entertainment amenities Skegness has to offer and right next door to Wolfie’s bar that serves nice food & drinks. Our room on the front was very clean, spacious with nice shower a comfy bed. Plus must give a mention to the hotel receptionist who made us feel welcome on arrival and was very nice and helpful throughout our stay.
On the whole the hotel was very calm compared to the actual holiday site and facilities as a whole. The beds were really comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet Breakfast was good and worth paying for. It was easy to get the bus into Skegness (£2.60 return). If there is 8 of you it’s actually cheaper to book a taxi…Pre book. Mini golf was good.
Stayed for 3 nights. Very warm welcome from the owner. Room was fantastic, had everything you needed, was very clean and beds were really comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Location is a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront, very ideal. Would definitely stay again!

The staff were friendly & professional and the room was clean & comfortable which made my stay here a pleasant experience. The hotel is located about one mile from the centre of Skegness and 30 seconds walk to the nearby beach.
This hotel is in a good location out of the town centre but close to the beach. It has nice views and the staff are very helpfull and pleasant.

Everything! Simply a luxurious place to stay!
So many little things provided which were not expected!
Nice leisurely stroll to the town centre with plenty of places to eat and drink with easy access to the seafront.
Great little hotel, absolutely brilliant for the price and breakfast included which was really nice. Staff were all friendly and room was clean. Would definitely stay again
Near town centre and seafront, the room was well equipped and spacious and very clean, would highly recommend. The hosts are so friendly and kind, will definitely stay again
Hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. Especially Pablo the barman.
Breakfast was really nice and would definitely recommend the orangery restaurant.
Nice character hotel with own bar and restaurant. Close enough to the hustle of Skegness centre but far enough away to appear remote. Nice rooms of a good size.
