These apartments are the most secure buildings in the City, it comes literally fully furnished down to a bottle opener. You are close to a number of Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Train station, Metro station, Bus Stops. PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE if your required dates are not available or you want a flexible stay. We have a number of properties available for short term accommodation in the surrounding areas and would be happy to discuss your short and long term stays requirements. We can provide stays from 1 week, 1 month or 1 year

On your door step you have access to the Winter and Museum Gardens, 10 minute walk to the Sunderland Empire, Stadium of Light, the beaches of Roker and Seaburn. The University is also within walking distance depending on the building you require. The building is situated within Mowbray Park and Gardens which is beautiful anytime of the year
