The apartment has a beautiful 4th floor (5th floor for Americans) view of the train station and the harbor from a wraparound balcony. Both full bathrooms with showers have great water pressure. Great pillows on comfy beds. Right across the street from the train station, so easy to pop over to Nice and beyond by train instead of driving. The location is a pleasant 15-minute walk from Vieux Antibes and the Marché Provençal. The second-level garage space (a tight fit for SUVs) is right next to the elevator to the apartment. The washer and dryer are separate, which is unusual in France. The refrigerator is large and the kitchen very well equipped. They even have extension cords, iron, ironing board, etc. There is a food market a block away for essentials and a (so-so) bakery right next door. The reality of the apartment was even better than the pictures let on.

Please note that the sofa-bed is only available if there are more than four guests. * This is a spacious flat (85 sqm) with two bedrooms and a large living-room. It boasts a unique panoramic view of the harbour and the sea from a large terrace. It is merely a five minute walk from the beach, the Old Town and the railway station. * The two bedrooms enjoy stunning views of the harbour and the sea. They both feature a King bed (160cm×200cm). The bathrooms have been totally renovated. The living-room is spacious and bright and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. All the rooms enjoy breathtaking views of the sea. One parking bay comes with the apartment. Please note that our property is entirely non-smoking, including outdoor areas.
