We have refreshed the appartement in 2021 with new paint, new kitchen appliances including Nespresso and a new bed of 160x200 (prior bed was 140x190). Antibes old town is walking distance only 5-10mins with the Provencal market (turning into restaurants in the evening with great food using local products), good restaurants and bars, two beaches directly in front of Residence Belvedere, a sailing school in front of the appartement, the Picasso Museum within 5 mins walking distance, Cote D'azur to be explored from the central location of Antibes, etc, etc.
