You cannot ask more for a holiday home. In short, we had a lovely stay with a young child. The hosts are super kind and helpful, the apartment is beautiful with a swimming pool; the location is great, very quiet yet not far from the coast. Will definitely come back if we are ik this area again.

Some clarifications: ARRIVAL: from 5 pm DEPARTURE: before 11 am Bed linen and towels are not provided automatically, customers can bring them if they wish. It is to answer the wishes of certain customers and the effect of not penalizing the hirings of 2-3 nights, that we took the decision to invoice the hiring of these only on request to know and to to regularize on the spot: *** 1 bed sheets : of 10/bed/stay. *** 2 towels :10/person/stay. You are therefore free to bring your bed sheets (two beds of 1m60 x 2m00 / extra bed of 0.80m x 1m90), and towels. *** 3 Insurance : For your peace, we give you the possibility of assuring your responsibility against third parties by HomeASSUR for 10/stay without distinction of number of persons. *** 4 We would be grateful to be informed about your choice regarding these three points. It seems useful to specify : the apartment consists of a large bedroom with TV and plenty of storage space, a living room with a second TV convertible into a bedroom and equipped with a sofa bed type BZ (mattress bed quality) and separated from the rest of the apartment by blackout. The toilets are separated from the shower room. The extra bed is housed in place of an office (corner office) A first flight of stairs from the private parking space, which will be reserved for you, to a terrace "coffee break", a second Stair flight leads to the garden-apartment-pool level. "La Valériane", south of Grasse, capital of perfume, built on terraces of ancient jasmine cultures, is located in a quiet area, 3 km from the old town, 800 m from a shopping center, 3 km from supermarkets, 17 km from the beaches and at the foot of the hinterland. Its location combines the pleasures of the sea and the mountains. We will be happy to welcome you and are at your disposal for any information, do not hesitate to call us already.
