## The space Located in the old village of Seynod, in Annecy, this nice studio inside a traditional charming farm can accommodate up to 2 people. Close to shops and restaurants, this flat is perfect in order to visit the city, the lake and the mountains. Our bright and modern flat is on the ground floor and consists of a living space of 40sq. m. ## The neighborhood Located at the heart of the village of Seynod, this flat will be a perfect start to visit Annecy and the surrounding mountains. From the bus stop 500m away, a bus will take you to Annecy city-center in 20 minutes, where you will be able to visit the Palais de l’Île and the castle, enjoy the Casino or the lovely gardens along the lake. A public swimming pool close to the flat will also relax you.
