We propose to you to the rent, in Châteaurenard, this charming air-conditioned house, exposed full south, of a surface of 104 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 29 m², an equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m². Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 29 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa, armchairs and decorative fireplace - A dining room that can accommodate 6 guests - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful private garden of 200 m² facing south, fully enclosed, with bowling alley - A terrace of 120 m², with table, chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - The traveller who has booked the accommodation must be present during the stay, otherwise the accommodation will not be accessible. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The house is ideally located in Châteaurenard, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to a hill where you can enjoy many walks. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transportation: - You can park directly in the private outdoor parking of the house. It is closed by an automatic gate and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. There is also an open garage for one vehicle. - Nearest train station: Avignon, 18 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Avignon Provence at 13 minutes by car.
