Privileged location and opportunity to stay in a private apartment on the rooftop of a 17th century convent with open views to various monuments. (As others have noted, there are approximately 140-150 steps up to the apartment, but all of the steps except for the last 8 are very wide and not steep. The host graciously carried my heavy suitcase up to the apartment for me upon arrival, so future guests can rest assured on that point.) Authentic old French vibe but modern conveniences and ultra clean. In summer, enjoy the gentle sound of swallows flitting about in the sky just beyond your window. Do yourself a favor and stay here instead of at the five-star hotel down the road!
