It was a privilege to be able to stay in such a beautiful, old ancestral home. Luca, our host, has done a wonderful job of retaining the character and history of this historic property and is rightly proud of his family's home.

Located on the hill overlooking the village of Birac, in the heart of the Cognac vineyard, this 18th-century presbytery transformed into a castle in the 19th-century offers organic breakfasts and free parking. Traditionally decorated, the rooms at La Cure du Maine Charlesall have a garden view. Some rooms have an en suite shower or bath and some rooms feature a washbasin and bidet.
