The beds were different than the pics in booking, we insisted, hardly changed. We lost time discussing. At nights we needed to pass two gates with password while getting back to hotel, interesting area, no public transp. Towels not changed although we requested beforehand. Last day the coffee/tea machine didn't give beverage but debited our cards many times; we told the reception next day and they said it would be fixed, it took ten days, but prb solved.

The room was a decent size and a good price. The shuttle in the morning was a nice experience, the driver was friendly (different driver from the night one) and the checkout was easy.
