## The space Welcome to my home! Located in a prime location in Nice, this studio is situated on the eighth floor of a secure building for a comfortable stay on the French Riviera. The apartment is 65m2 + 15m2 comprising the lovely terrace where you can enjoy the Sun of the French Riviera. Strategically exposed on both your east and west, you can enjoy the Sun all day long. Your health and safety come first which is why we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. - a living room overlooking the terrace and a television. - two bedrooms with double beds. Storage space for clothes, basic equipment. - a small balcony with washing machine. - a large terrace with a table for 4 people. - a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities (stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, electric kettle). - bathroom with bathtub. Quality towels and sheets will be provided for your comfort. We hope you enjoy your stay! ## Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house! ## The neighborhood Our apartment is ideally located: close to the beach of Nice, far from the agitation of the city center. Ideal for travelers looking for calm and serenity. Only 7 minutes walk from the sea and close to transportation. And if you want to go for a walk in Cannes or Monaco, public transportation will easily take you along the coast. There is only 2 apartments per floor, and the next-door neighbour on our floor is rarely in. ## Getting around The apartment is close to many public transport (streetcar, train station- Gare SNCF, blue bike stations, bus, airport) There are also many free parking places are around the apartment. So feel free to drive here. In the evening it is more difficult to find a parking place, preferably park towards ARENAS and walk to the apartment. There are also paid parking places (along the tramway)
