We have stayed in luneville 3 times, the reason we chosen luneville is its the right distance from calais to break up our journey, however it is a small but charming town with a chateaux with lovely gardens opposite our hotel (le pages) which is excellent for our family requirema car park which is a bonus. The hotel le pages has a very good restaurant which is popular with locals as well as the residents
If you want to go to Luneville, this is the pace to be right in the town centre. We were in the loft room which is a bit of a climb if you have heavy bags and/or tired limbs, but is pretty large and airy when you get there. Everything is clean and well ordered and the maitresse charming and very helpful. The house itself is a treat and a bit of an unconventional stay. The town has some lovely buildings but has seen better days - good place to visit if you like to be off the beaten track
A delightful old hotel, in a pretty waterside town, well off the beaten track. It has a wonderful old chateau - allow time to go and have a look round, especially the gardens.
The room was large and clean, with a good sized bathroom, and the bed was comfy. There was also aircon which was vital given the high temperature at the time.
We had a good meal in the restaurant, although it was busy and the service was rather slow, and an excellent breakfast.
We felt very much welcome. The host was super friendly and helpful and (literally) went the extra mile to provide us with a vegan option (oat + soy milk) for breakfast.
The room and bathroom were clean and functional. The breakfast in general was very good. The hotel is easy to find a few meters from a central road … and thus a bit outside of pitoresque Lunéville. However, there are supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance.
We stopped here just for one night on our way to Sicily. The apartment is clean and there's everything like at home. Big advantage is swimming pool which is clean and just by entrance door. We spent nice evening outdoor. The place is easy to find and there's no problem with parking a car at all. We didn't see Luneville because of lack of time but I would go back to see it.
Right in the middle of Lunéville, a few steps to the best bakery in town and lots of restaurants. Easy costfree parking within 50 meters walk. Tastefully renovated spacious ground flat in an old house. Bathroom with doors to both bedrooms, extra separate toilet. Wellfitted kitchen. Very nice hosts.
Excellent location right opposite the ‚Hotel de Ville‘ but very quiet. Very good breakfast including bacon and eggs. The lovely Kenyan hosts speak English and French. We were given a choice of rooms on the second floor- both large and comfortable.
A small, clean room, close to the historical center. A nice little restaurant Le Petit Comptoir in the hotel area. Lovely hot water with a good pressure in the shower.
Hotel is OK but looking a bit tired. Room had air con.
Restaurant was good. Good food and good service as was breakfast. Staff all pleasant and helpful.
