This town is right outside Tours proper and even after...
This town is right outside Tours proper and even after asking at our hotel desk we could not find anything other than fast food to eat nearby. Tours, not Joue-les-Tours, is a much bigger city with more restaurants, but it is terribly congested with traffic and ugly, ugly modern cheap buildings. Parking is a nightmare there. I mention this because there isn't much in Joue-les-Tours itself, and since you have to get through the horrible Tours traffic to go much of anywhere, it's not the best base for touring the Loire Valley that I thought it would be.

Hotel in great location just off Motorway.
Hotel in great location just off Motorway. Grounds of hotel are wonderful and main building offers Terrace for dinner when weather is fine. Good location if you have pets as grounds also offer woodland walk. Very peaceful location. Would stay again.
We based ourselves here for a long weekend exploring the Loire valley. The hotel was ideally located just outside of Tours that enabled quick and easy travel in almost all directions. The room was large, comfortable and with a good bathroom. A key feature of our stay was the use of the Pool, sauna and steam room which were ideal after a long day exploring the local Chateau's. Parking was plentiful and felt safe. Overall the hotel met all of our need's during our stay.
The hotel is grand and beautiful. The Pavillion where our room was is a separate building from the chateau itself. The breakfast was a typical French breakfast but instead of a buffet you filled out a card upon check-in and that food was brought to you the next morning in the dining room. The grounds are very pretty and the location is out of Tours and very quiet.
As i was travelling with three dogs I booked one of the larger ground floor rooms. Exactly what I needed. Basic but very clean, a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Also there is a little bit of grassed area around the hotel so great for that last potter out with the dogs before bedtime.
bed was comfortable, breakfast was lovely and staff were extremely helpful. Amazing customer service. Plenty of spaces to park at hotel and short walking distance to Joué-Lès-Tours foodhall with great selection of restaurants
The staff was friendly and helpfull you can order drinks at the desk for the pool and the breakfast was good with a lot of choice. A very friendly family hotel with enough things to do for the kids!
The hotel could become much better if the rooms were renovation/redecorated. The room was large enough but poorly decorated except for the new bathroom. The room was not worth the cost.
