everything was mostly great! our keys were ready when we arrived. we had 3 rooms, disappointed that 1 was on a different floor than the other 2 but given that it was a last minute booking, we didn’t make a fuss. just one key card didn’t work so we had to head back to the front desk. a little disappointed that the air con was not strong. u could hardly feel the cool breeze out of the vent. we get that most places in france didn’t have air con but we specifically chose this hotel because it did. overall we would stay at this hotel again. the front desk was gracious & filled up our hydro flasks with ice before we checked out.
