it is as close to home away from home as it gets. It is cozy, has everything one may need. well furnished. excellent location. in the city center very close to the beach and restaurants. The hostess “Nona” has been very helpful and is available for any assistance. She made our stay as if we were among a family.

The location was excellent and within 10 minutes walk from the train station and the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment was well equipped with cooking facilities and the bathroom (with toilet included) and the separate shower room and separate toilet were sufficient for our party of six adults. Within 10 minutes walk there were also several small supermarkets and the Old Town of Nice. The rental agent was extremely helpful in furnishing extra fans to cope with the heat and very generous with a discount. She did all that she could to help us. I would definitely recommend this apartment as a place to stay.

Excellent location. spacious apartment, very comfortable beds with lots of towels provided, including beach towels! kitchen was well equipped and with washing machine and dish washer. lots of crockery and utensils. Apartment was in ideal location just 5 minutes from the tram stop so easy to reach from the airport. Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

An excellent, spacious, well located and appointed apartment within walking distance of the beach, main shopping area and train station. It was a comfort to know that we would be met on arrival, especially given that our train was delayed by 2 hours. The apartment managers were readily contactable and attentive to issues they spotted on our arrival. Lift access was great with suitcases. Beds are comfortable and the apartment is quiet.

The apartment was clean and had plenty of cutlery, towels,beach towels. Tea coffee sugar and a welcoming bottle of wine too. They also arranged our transfer to and from the airport. The location was only 8 minutes from the train station, so it was easy to get to Monaco, Ville Franche and Cannes during our stay and a 15 minute walk to the beach.

The location was fantastic. The photos did not disappoint. It was a terrific spot from which to access the city and all sights. Close to public transport - trams, buses and railway. Everyone we met was extremely friendly - a big thumbs up from us.
