My name is Rafael live and work in this beautiful island and I love to welcome my guests to feel at home. I like to help organize trips to my friends for the most beautiful corners of Gran Canaria and give them a lot of information via telephone and email.

The property is located on Avenida Mesa y López No. 5, very well located in one of the best shopping areas of the capital and 70 meters from the main entrance to the Corte Ingles. The beach of Las Alcaravaneras walking is just 5 minutes (350 meters) and the Playa de Las Canteras 11 minutes (900 meters). Countless restaurants, cafes, boutiques, trendy shops and outdoor terraces that are in the same boulevard of Avenida Mesa y López. You can also make an artistic cultural tour visiting opera, concerts, theaters and museums. The new shopping and leisure center El Muelle is also very close to the house. The average annual temperature is 21 ° C and throughout the year can swim in the beautiful waters of the Atlantic The house has room, study, kitchen-dining room with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and sink, master bedroom with king size bed with 1 bathroom and dressing room, 2 bedrooms with two beds 90 x 1.90 and cupboards in each 1 common bathroom and garage in the same building.
