APARTMENTS VILLA PEPITA "SUPERIOR CATEGORY" VT-38256-CS. It is a selection of several Luxury Homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within a high standing urbanization, located on the beachfront and in one of the best areas of Benicassim. This Urbanization was created and built by El Pardo Group and its partners in Castellon as one of its best developments on the beachfront. They devoted a great effort in materials and design and facilities so that today it is a reference of the best urbanizations of Benicassim equipped with common areas, swimming pools, paddle tennis court, sauna, gym, solarium, barbecue, etc. with its corresponding norms and schedules. The service of towels and sheets is included
1029/5000 First of all, we would like to mention that this project has been the result of a great family effort to increase the offer of Luxury Homes in Higher category in Benicassim. This category "Superior" granted by the Valencian Tourism Agency, is only obtained after an inspection of the technical personnel of said agency, which verifies and verifies that the most demanding standards are met. Ferrandis Salvador is one of the main streets of Benicassim. Being very long, depending on the number we can know the services, facilities and activities that we have nearby. In this case, from number 80, apart from being next to the beach, we have very good communication both by car, as a bike path or even walking to move and reach a host of leisure activities. If you need to take a car, we have very close supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, sailing school, bike path, promenade and Benicassim village, we also have a bus stop with constant transport between Castellon-Benicassim-Oropesa next to the building. Taking another walk we can get to Agua Park Benicassim AQUARAMA, so that children and not so children enjoy their facilities. For golf lovers, where I am included, we are very lucky to have several options: a little more than 6 km from the 9-hole Costa Azahar course and just 12 km from the famous 18-hole Mediterraneo Golf Club, where our great champion Sergio Garcia. And for fans of cycling or hiking, we have the bike path or the promenade to Oropesa
