Exclusive apartment in the heart of the Realejo for people looking for the charm of a magical city. It is a newly renovated apartment located in the center of the city. It has capacity for 6 people: it has two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with a trundle bed. Its terrace, sunny, is perfect both in winter and summer. The kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen utensils (washing machine, fridge, toaster, etc...) is integrated into an open space, connected to the living room. In our apartment you will find a comfortable environment created by its original decoration. It has central heating as well as air conditioning throughout the house. The decoration is exclusive and artistic with author's paintings, books and personal decoration objects. You will find guides made by ourselves, books and games to make a stay more homely. We have a parking space, located a few meters from the apartment, at the service of our guests (not included in the price).

Apartment ideally located for visitors, one minute walking from the Campo del Príncipe: the heart of the Realejo. It is one of the oldest neighborhoods with more character, full of remarkable buildings. This square (Campo del Príncipe) is famous for its terraces with tapas bars and for the famous image of Cristo de los Favores. From here you can climb in 5 minutes on foot to the most famous monument in Spain: The Alhambra. At the same time you will not have to walk more than 5 minutes to find yourself in the center of the city.
