We loved the location close to Patacona beach and the lovely restaurants / cafes, and the bus stop behind the hotel takes you direct into the city. We really liked this neighbourhood - quite quiet, bohemian, lovely clean beach and not crowded. The room itself worked well for our family (1 child) and was clean and comfy. We came over a public holiday weekend so I assume the price was much higher than normal so therefore felt quite overpriced.
