Respect for neighbors is one of our priorities. Therefore, parties and disturbances to the community are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule can result in the immediate eviction of the apartment and a fine, which will be deducted from the security deposit. Check-ins will be from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. If you arrive after 9:00 PM there will be an additional charge of late check-in, a payment at the time of check-in.
