Located in the beautiful area of Montañar I, this wonderful penthouse a few metres from the sea has three double bedrooms, two of them with a 1'50 cm bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm beds, two complete bathrooms, one of them en-suite and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitro hob, extractor hood and washing machine. There is also a separate laundry room.
