The proximity to the old town and the penthouses itself -the idea of the outside leaving is so unique for where I am from and there is nothing better for holiday I could wish for.The leaving spaces were beautifuly arranged so you could enjoy throughout the day different areas for different purposes.All facilities we needed were there - the bath towels quantity exceeded my expectations :) Beautiful room's, leaving room, kitchen. Possibility to use owners private parking space in nearby garage was great.

The place is absolutely extraordinary. We read that it's supposed to have 5 rooftops, but to actually see them is mindblowing ;) We used the top one for morning yoga and the others for dining, playing cards and so on. The inventory is really nice and high quality as the owner used to live there and designed it himself. The communication with the owner and his colleague was super easy via whatsapp. The lift broke down once and they immediately sent someone to fix it. We were also able to spontaneously rent a spot in a garage from the owner nearby because the parking is really difficult in the old town. The area itself is really charming with a lot of nice little restaurants and bars. The downside is that it can be a bit noisy at night, but because of the curfew in the time we were traveling, we knew that after 1am it got quieter.

Estuvimos una semana como en casa. Fantàstico absolutamente todo. Desde la bienvenida con detalles encantadores de Eduardo hasta la marcha. El ático es espectacular. La ubicación inmejorable. Esperamos poder repetir. Muchísimas gracias Eduardo.

Tolles Penthaus mit drei Haupt- und drei Nebenbalkonen, alle sehr schön gestaltet. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein zusätzliches Hochbett, Wohnzimmer, Küche Bad. Komplett Ausgestattet, Kaffeemaschine, Microwelle, Herd, Spülmaschine, mit vielen Handtüchern, Bademänteln, TV mit Satellit (deutsche Prog.), Fahrstuhl ins Penthaus - es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Lage super, mitten in Altstadt, fünf Minuten von Kathedrale entfernt (mit Blick von Terrasse darauf). Jede Menge Bars, Wohnung trotzdem leise. Erster Stock nur selten als Büro genutzt, d.h. man ist alleine im Haus, im Penthaus sowieso. Verwalter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wij arriveerden in Gran Canaria zonder enige verwachtingen en hadden dit penthouse gehuurd voor een maand. Wij werden begroet door Eduardo. Een aardige kerel die je alles kon vragen over de omgeving en het appartement. Toen we het penthouse zagen waren wij meteen verliefd. Wij zijn er tot de dag van vandaag zeker van dat dit het mooiste penthouse is van heel Gran Canaria. Er kwam elke week een aardige schoonmaakster en we zaten midden in het historisch centrum (in een straatje met de lekkerste eettentjes van de stad). Ook hebben wij Victorio ontmoet: Aardige, spontane man waarvan dit appartement ooit zelf is geweest. Je kan zien dat er super veel tijd in gestoken is om dit een plek te maken waarin je je vrijwel direct thuisvoelt. Het penthouse ligt gelegen aan een leuke winkelstraat, waar je ook lekker kan eten en eventueel uit kan gaan. Kortom: We hebben de beste tijd in Gran Canaria gehad door dit penthouse. Wij komen ook zeker nog eens terug naar deze plek!
