The loft is splendid! Fully furnished, with all amenities you could ask for and at a walking distance from Alicante's hottest tourist spots, yet not too near to be troubled by the crowds. All facilities are near and everything we could've asked for was there, even a washer/dryer! The host is really kind and gave us a bunch of tips for things to see/visit, restaurants, supermarkets, ... Next time we come to Alicante, we'll definitely book here again!

The location was excellent, in a nice neighbourhood within walking distance to all the places worth visiting. The apartment was beautiful, just as shown in the photos. The owners were super helpful, giving recommendations on restaurants etc. Tip, get the C6 airport bus from the stop outside central market (every 20min). It takes about 30min to the airport at only €3.50!

This self contain ground floor apartment is a hidden diamond and just a ten minute easy walk to Alicante centre. Patricia is a fantastic host and has made sure this apartment has everything you need for a great stay. Not only is the apartment modern and beautifully appointed, but Patricia makes it feel like a home from home. I was supplied with complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, candy and bottled water upon my arrival. Patricia had even put up Christmas decorations since I was here for the holiday period. I found everything I needed in this apartment, including every cooking utensil possible, a wonderful coffee making machine and even champagne glasses for the new year celebrations. It’s very easy to see why Patricia has been awarded a booking.com award for excellence and indeed the award sits proudly on the side cupboard. I visit Alicante often and in future this is the accomodation I will always book. Thank you Patricia for a wonderful first class stay in Alicante.

Don’t get turn away from the location, maybe it’s not the prettiest street but the apartment is totally worth it. Patricia is really nice and she even let us do early check in.
