Property info

Cozy studio divided into two rooms: living-dining room and kitchen facing the main façade and a double bedroom with private toilet facing the back façade. In the bedroom there is a double bed (150cm) and a small toilet with shower (not suitable for very bulky people). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave and cooker. The living-dining room has a Smart TV (50 inches) and Wi-Fi connection. This accommodation has integrated air conditioning in all rooms. This flat does not have private parking; however, there is a public car park within 200 metres of the aparment. The aparments shown here are a selection of various aparments in the same building. The aparments may vary in terms of decoration and layout, but all have the same style. On arrival you will be allocated a specific aparment. Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you should collect your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday on weekdays) the key collection point is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00. The aparment does not accept group bookings or stag/hen parties
