Beautiful apartment with community pool, terrace and parking space. Located in a very quiet residential area, a few steps from La Tejita beach and a shopping centre with all the services you may need. With a summer atmosphere all year round, terrace, air conditioning. Ideal for teleworking as it has WiFi fibre. It is ideal for families and couples who want to spend a unique holiday in Tenerife. It has capacity for 3 people, with a cozy bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, balcony and a large terrace. In addition to Internet fibre Wifi, air conditioning, parking space in the residential complex where it is located. With the beach just a few steps away from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife. Besides being very well located, very close to the airport in the south and with a fast connection to the motorway. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including the terrace. The communal swimming pool and solarium area are currently closed for maintenance work.

El Médano is the main tourist centre of the municipality of Granadilla de Abona located in the south of the island Its beaches are considered some of the most beautiful on the island, whether you are a water sports enthusiast or want to enjoy a fantastic day out with your family. The main beach has the distinction of Blue Flag, which guarantees high quality services and optimal water conditions for swimming. It stands out for the beauty of its fine grey sand and the majestic view of the Red Mountain volcanic cone. The area closest to the village is the most familiar and with the least amount of waves. As you go along the promenade you will find surf shops, restaurants and cafes, in a very cosmopolitan atmosphere. The area farthest from the village is ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing. World famous championships such as the World Windsurfing and Kitesurfing Championships are usually held here.
