Beautiful newly refurbished designer flat in the heart of La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With capacity for 2 people, broadband Internet Wifi 300 mbs and a large communal roof terrace, where you can telework and enjoy the sunset while watching the old town. This property is perfect for both holidays and business trips. This accommodation is NON-smoking. With capacity for 2 people, with one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and Wifi fibre internet. With a large communal roof terrace, which is accessed via a spiral staircase, full of magical corners where you can disconnect. Located in an exceptional area, very close walking distance to the main points of interest of the city with all the services around like the Starbucks coffee shop and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven-microwave, fridge, coffee maker, bed linen, smart TV, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair and fiber Wifi Internet. The roof terrace is communal for the 3 flats in the building, as well as the washing machine and dryer.

Neighborhood info

San Cristóbal de La Laguna is located in the northeast of Tenerife, between the Anaga massif and Mount La Esperanza. On its coast, in the north of the municipality, are located the agricultural regions of Tejina and Valle de Guerra, but also the tourist centres of Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo. In Anaga highlight the villages of El Batán or Las Carboneras, among other rural settlements. In the centre of the municipality, on a large plain, stands the city of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, declared a Cultural Asset and World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1999. It was the first colonial city without walls that conserves practically intact its original 15th century layout, which served as a model for many colonial cities in America. Its streets, marked by attractive commercial, gastronomic and leisure activities, are full of monuments and historical buildings. The Guanche name of the area where La Laguna is located was Aguere, a term still used today to refer to the municipality. It is also known as the City of the Adelantados, as it was here that the Adelantado Alonso Fernández de Lugo and his descendants lived.
