Magnificent "Carmen", typical Granada house with more than 150 years of history, which has been fully rehabilitated recently. It is located in the historic neighborhood of The Realejo. El Carmen has been divided into two spacious apartments: one on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms, and another on the first floor with 4 bedrooms. Both share a large outdoor area, with a wonderful Andalusian patio with tables and chairs, and a great pool with sunbathing area. *During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The Carmen is located in the historic neighborhood of The Realejo, located in the old town, at the foot of the Alhambra on its southeast face, and it has many single-family houses and "carmenes", typical Granada houses. This neighborhood is known for its history and charm, as well as its excellent tapas bars. The Alhambra is only a 15-minutes walk away, as is the city center, with nearby public transportation
