A functional, budget-friendly apartment provided with all the necessary amenities to ensure your stay in Valencia is cosy and comfortable. Located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, it has a surface of 140 m2 and can accommodate groups of up to 6 people. Entering the apartment to the right there is a living/dining room with a comfortable sofa and a large table with chairs. This room has access to the terrace, the perfect spot in which to enjoy Valencia’s Mediterranean climate. The fully equipped kitchen is right in front of the living/dining area and has a handy outdoor wash basin. Following along, you will find the master bedroom <strong>with direct access to the terrace</strong>,with double bed, and the second bedroom that comes with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. At the opposite side of the apartment, enjoying a high degree of privacy, there are a double room with two single beds, a handy work area with a desk and a full bathroom with shower.

The council Hall is the main centre of the city, a starting point to the Old Town and near to the Cathedral, the Market, museums, and so on... From here you can also catch numerous bus and train connections wherever you might want to go!
