New and cosy apartment in the popular neighbourhood of El Palo, located in the east of Malaga city and about 200 metres from the beach and the promenade, where you can enjoy traditional fish restaurants, sport activities, long walks or cycling next to the sea. The area of El Palo is a district that originally was an area of fishermen. Now is linked to the center of the city by a large promenade of about 5 km, very pleasant to enjoy the charms of the city of Malaga and of his many sunny days. In the environment you will find from markets and traditional food stores, vegetables, supermarkets, cafes, fish restaurants, health center, etc ... and for golf lovers with a field at no more than 1 kilometer. The apartment has a living room with three-seat sofa convertible into a double bed. The plasma TV has a chromecast device that allows you to replicate on the screen your mobile applications such as Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc. The kitchen is independent and has the necessary equipment to make your stay comfortable; it even has a washing machine and a dryer. At about 200 meters you have the beach and a promenade that extends to both sides for more than 10 km. You can enjoy walks, sports, as well as typical fish restaurants, bars. If you are an athlete, both running and riding a bike, we recommend the route that will take you from El Palo to El Rincón de la Victoria. El Palo and Pedregalejo area: chiringuitos on the beach, typical Malaga fish restaurants.
