Property info

The Conde de Torrejón apartments & VTV are charming apartments. We offer 11 spacious and luxurious apartments equipped with the latest technological advances. The apartments are divided into five different types from 35 to 85 meters with selfchecking by code. The apartments are situated in two adjacent buildings joined by a garage. In this building are apartments 1 to 9 and it has the original 16th century design. Apartments PE10 and PR11 are situated in a lovely adjacent building. They are very luminous apartments with a balcony in PE10, which is the largest in Seville, and apartment 11 -a terraced duplex-, the best we have to offer. Both buildings have views to some of the guilds during the first days of Holy Week. HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT - Transfer (25-30 minutes / From 30 Eur) Depending on the number of people you are and luggage a private transfer to the apartment may be the best option, we offer this service upon request. - Taxi (25-30 minutes / 30 Eur) - Bus: Line EA (Special Airport) to the Santa Justa train station, from where we recommend taxi or bus 32.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the historical, monumental and commercial center of the city. La Campana, just 300 meters away, is the focal point of Sevillian life. It is an area of bustling pedestrian streets, characterized by its large number of shops, many of them with more than a century of existence. At a distance of delicious walk of no more than 10 minutes we enter the pedestrian zone of the surroundings of the Cathedral, with its Giralda, and the Barrio de Santa Cruz, Judería and Arenal. The surroundings of our houses are full of charming traditional houses, palaces, mansions, flower gardens and, above all, history. For Semana Santa (Easter), one of the biggest social and cultural events in the city, the location of the apartment is unbeatable since it is located in the center, ideal to discover and enjoy this special and characteristic event of Seville.
