A jewel just 100 meters from Postiguet beach, overlooking the sea, new apartment with everything to be released. It is an apartment of the few that are so close to Postiguet beach, which you can walk to, because it is less than 2 minutes away on foot. The apartment is brand new and designed for the enjoyment of the client, it consists of two rooms, one of them with a 1.80 cm bed and a single bed, and the other room with two 1.35 cm bunk beds and a single bed. The living / dining room with American kitchen where you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea. The sofa is a bed, with which, the apartment has a maximum capacity of up to 10 people. This apartment offers an excellent location to explore the sights of Alicante, just a few minutes from the Museum of Contemporary Art of Alicante, the Cathedral of San Nicolás and the Museum of Fine Arts Gravina. Very close to the Castle of Santa Bárbara and the port of Alicante. At about 400 meters there is the Plaza Mar shopping center. The city center is 10 minutes walk away, but if you prefer you have a bus stop 50 meters away that will take you directly.

The centre of Alicante City is within a 10 minute walk.Here you are spoilt for choice with a range magnificent restaurants, shops, bars, pubs and nightlife to suit all ages.There are excellent sightseeing opportunities if you stroll through the old town. Visit the largest and most beautiful church in the city or learn about the history of Alicante. The best views can be enjoyed up at the Castle of Santa Barbara and the seafront boulevard is not to be missed. For the shopping fans, you will find Plaza Mar 2 commercial centre, within a 15 minute walk. This is the the largest in the city, home to a food hypermarket and a huge choice of fashion shops. Everything you need to enjoy this wonderful city is at hand, no matter if you are a couple or a happy family.If you don’t feel like going out, you can dine on the terrace with a privileged view of the moon meeting the sea. The apartment allows you to enjoy a peaceful location, but with excellent connections to its surroundings. In addition to the city of Alicante you have the choice of exploring futher afield. Within a 5 minute walk you have a tram stop that runs all along the coast to the North. You really are spoilt for choice.
