Casa Juan Vera is under new management so previous reviews mentioning the owner no longer apply - but the new owners are extremely communicative and helpful and were very concerned that we should have a good stay. The house itself is beautiful - it's an old village property with high ceilings and lots of wooden floors. The kitchen is modern and has every appliance you could want. The garden and pool are secluded and peaceful. There is parking for two big cars inside the property - you can also usually park on the street outside but it's quite narrow. We loved this house, the owners gave us a great service and we would love to go back

Casa Juan Vera greets you right away with the turquoise shine of 1 oasis-like pool. Amidst the clean airs of Charco del Pino, a beloved and tranquil zone of southern Tenerife, you will find yourself unwinding in the garden area, furnished with 1 barbecue and various relaxation areas. Once within the beautifully decorated walls of this unique canarian home, you will find directly a large, balanced dining space that is neighbour to a fully equipped modern kitchen (w/ dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). Through the next wall you reach our pleasant bedroom with a double bed, which is brightly lit and has a TV, computer and, in combination with the living room, has a fireplace. There is also a large sofa which, if necessary, can also serve as a place to sleep for two people. There are 2 elegant bathrooms in the house. One on the ground floor, the other on the first floor. Beautiful woodwork surrounds the upper floor, where 2 double bed bedrooms, as well as a a children’s bedroom are to be found. The house has been finely furnished to provide a soothing ambience to your holidays. For that matter, we provide all beds with quality mattresses ensuring relaxation at ease. All normal amenities like air-condition or WIFI are also included in the household.

Charco del Pino is a tranquil and good neighbourhood in Granadilla de Abona just 20 minutes away from el Medano, 15 minutes away from Airport Tenerife South or 10 minutes away from San Isidro. This is one of the few places where el Teide is in less than a 1 hour drive away. Also the awarded air quality of Vilaflor is just 20 minutes away, allowing you to quickly see another biome of Tenerife within a quick drive. The zone is well-connected to the highway system of the island allowing you to be everyday wherever you wish to be. Just with 200m of walking you will find a supermarket around, as well as a modest range of tascas to eat. In San Isidro you have all the convenience stores you would need.
