The food and the drinks were amazing, i recommend the a inclusive board for everyone. The spa is a bit small but nice. The price and value is really good. The balcony is a really cool thing, i got the pool view, but i could sunbath there in the afternoon. Easy to reach the hotel by the A2 Bus from the airport, 10 minutes and costs 5 Euros. The beach is literally 2 minutes by walk.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the all inclusive package with all meals and drinks included. Food was good and varied each day. Kitchen staff were nice and attentive. Location was good. Walking distance to shops, a bus stop, a beach, and plenty of restaurants. We needed a very early taxi for the airport on our last night. We told the front desk and they had one waiting. Front desk staff answered all our questions and were always helpful. We did not bring beach towels to save suitcase space. You can get them from the front desk for a 10 euros deposit. You get the full 10 euros back, when you return the towel. Very handy. Our room was small with a rain shower and balcony overlooking the pool. Perfect for two people.

The breakfast had a wide selection. The lunch and dinner had also a good selection of food. Although when we arrived nobody told us that the lunch is in the restaurant. We thought it was the snack buffet set up in the lobby. On our last day we were told by one of the bar staff that a lunch buffet was in the restaurant. The location of the hotel is good, it is good for people who like it quiet. You can easily get to the playa Arenal which is full of bars and restaurants. The hotel offers some activities throughout the day which you can join. The staff in the pool bar were very kind.

Quality of the all inclusive food and drink was excellent. We got there before 11am and asked if we could leave our luggage so we could go for something to eat and drink. They gave us our all inclusive bands so we could use their facilities and said they had a room ready so we could check in straight away. All the staff were excellent and positive. We could not fault this place for a getaway. The price was excellent and the location was very convenient for the airport, the beach and trips to Arenal and Palma.
