120m2 apartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 BATHROOMS, living room-kitchen, interior patio, 1st floor with elevator, parking, WIFI, renovated and soundproofed in the old town of Murcia. PUBLIC GUARDED PARKING IS NECESSARY TO RESERVE- PRIOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE GUEST AND IN CERTAIN CASES A BLOCK WILL BE MADE ON THE DAY OF ENTRY OF 150 EUROS ON THE GUEST'S CARD AS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE UNBLOCKED ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.
We are two friends who like to travel and invest, in love with our city we created this space to give the traveler the opportunity to get to know this cozy and charming city, Murcia, how beautiful you are.
Located in the center of the city of Murcia, this neighborhood of great tradition and picturesque passages, has gone from being a medieval suburb to becoming a substantial part of the old town. The church of Santa Eulalia is the main axis of the neighborhood, The neighborhood of Santa Eulalia is the best leisure area in the City, and very close to the bullring and the Fica venue where most of the concerts are organized and music festivals.
