Estuvimos de fábula. Todo perfecto. Buena ubicación, cerca de la playa y el puerto. La playa es de piedrecitas, pero muy agradable y cómoda, la parte del agua es de arena. Además habia dos sillas de playa disponibles en el apartamento. Las camas son cómodas. No falta de nada. El parking también cómodo de aparcar y muy cerca del ascensor, ideal para subir maletas o compra. La piscina del complejo grande y cuidada.Tanto el dueño como la agencia fueron muy amables. Lo recomiendo.

The apartment is located in the center of Almerimar. A touristic sea side village that can offer you all facilities at walking distance: Town center, supermarket, pharmacy, Marina, beach, Golf, cafes and restaurants. It is extremely convenient to simply walk but we have an underground parking in the building. Also convenient for the excursions (Granada, Almeria, etc) and parking hassle free in the busy summer season. The terrace is facing south. Sunny all day long until late evening cause it is not blocked by other buildings. From the terrace you can have a lateral view to the sea and the golf course but it is in the apartment complex and it is mostly surrounded by other buildings. We cannot offer you first line sea view unfortunately.
I am from Spain but I live in Belgium so I am always eager to see the sun again. Did you know that Almeria is the 2nd place in Europe with most sun hours per year after Istambul? The apartment is managed by a local agency. Unfortunately I cannot help you much if you have trouble or meet you in person but Sharon is wonderful and she will help you in whatever you need. I hope you enjoy your stay!
