It is just by the Nile river, the view is really amazing. It’s not far from the public ferry or you could easily get a private boat to go to the east bank. Since it’s on the West Bank, not far from the tomb and temple, and also the hot air balloon. The west side provides alcohol in the restaurant. There are lovely restaurants and store nearby. The owner Atef is making the room very clean and comfortable. Good functioning air conditioning and hot water. You could book your tour at the hotel.

Sunny Luxor is a villa hotel located on the first line along the Nile River. From the rooftop, you can enjoy a 180-degree view of the Nile River, which is breathtaking. You can see the entire building of Sunny Luxor from a floating boat on the river. The lobby, stairs, and rooms are very spacious and will give you the feeling of being a “CELEBRITY”. ★Transfer service： We provide transportation between Luxor airport/train station and our villa. Customers who have booked accommodation will receive an email with instructions, so please make your reservation in advance. ★Excursion:：We can not only help you with how to spend your time during your stay, consult and make arrangements for sightseeing and excursions, but also provide appropriate advice for any travel troubles (for example, incidents such as not being able to find your lost baggage or having your scheduled flight canceled). We will help our customers forget their daily routine and enjoy their trip. ★Life line： The lifelines such as electricity and water provided in Sunny Luxor are at the standard level in Egypt. Sudden power outages and water outages are common, and there is no warning. Please note that we do not have in-house power generation equipment or large water tanks like large hotels. ★WIFI： Like the lifeline, it is at the standard level in Egypt. We do not recommend using it for work such as sending and receiving large amounts of documents or web conferencing. Villa area with SUNNY LUXOR is very quiet day & night. There is a small supermarket at the 10m, you can find some Cafe shops/Restaurants between SUNNY LUXOR and Boat station.
