It’s a great city for the soul. Once you enter the city and see the sea, you will feel so refreshing.
Everything is great there, whatever historical places or nature or atmosphere in the downtown in the night.

There is no place to take a pleasant walk in the city or spend time except the museum and library. It is a very ruined, chaotic, noisy, dirty city with terrible traffic, so walking or hanging around is not only unpleasant but also tiring. However, its library and Greco-Roman Museum are incredibly impressive. Other museums are very ordinary. Seafood dishes are very fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Therefore, I think 2 days are enough to visit this city; You can spend a lot of time in the library and the museum, take a coffee break in a cafe (the number of stylish ones is almost nonexistent), take a short city walk and see what looks like it and gain insight about the city and have a seafood dinner in the evening and continue on your way.

was a lovely hotel, staff all friendly, my only complaint is that everywhere you went you could smell cigarette smoke, people smoked in the lobby, and the corridors the rooms, even though my room was clearly labeled no smoking everything stunk of cigarette smoke including fresh bedding and towels. this for a smoker would be not noticed, but if like me and my daughters (all nonsmokers) it was enough to put a black cloud over the whole holiday .

I was pleasantly surprised by Alexandria.
I was pleasantly surprised by Alexandria. It is a big, bustling city, and parts of it are very dirty. However, there are so many interesting things to see, and it is pretty easy to get around, I used Uber. It’s a very interesting city, and I recommend giving it at least a few days.

The hotel has a Golden Age dmfell with grand rooms and lobby. Good customer service polity and friendly staff. The room service e was quick and food very good. The only thing about the hotel is the exterior it needs a good paint and refurbished of the master entrance and windows. These could attract more people if they would return the sidewalk sitting as before

I only stayed in the city for 1 day, but I would like to stay a few more days. The Library of Alexandria was fascinating. Visiting Kayitbay Castle and its surroundings is extremely enjoyable. We had great food at Jamboojo seafood. staff and food were great
Mr. Ali is a wonderful and very correct person. He was very welcoming and kind to us. At no moment he tried to make us feel uncomfortable or try to sell us any tours like most establishments do in Egypt. That made me feel at ease and relaxed. The room itself is very good and comfortable, not anything fancy, but more than enough. The pictures are very accurate. The location is perfect, you won't find anything better for that price in all of Alexandria. It is located at a walking distance from the citadel and the library.
The quality of the room is fine with a big balcony and clean bathroom. Maybe the building of the hotel is old, but it doesn't mean any disadvantage for the guests.
The beach is also very lovely with free sunbeds and towels on the site.
The breakfast was good, it was like in any other hotel in Egypt.
The staff is is very hospitable, so nice people. On the departure day i didn't know how to get to the airport, but the staffs have organized a private transfer for me.
Clean. Great views. Close to corniche. Fantastic apartment. But be aware that you may be immersed in an Egyptian neighborhood: parts of street not paved and filled with trash, no elevator door, no electricity 7-8pm (don’t use elevator this time), walking distance to downtown but a long walk (we used Uber often to get around). Friendly people in building and neighborhood, I felt safe there. Host and his staff were helpful and easy to communicate.
Stunning views of the seaside, we had nice time sitting on the balcony and enjoying the blue waters and waves. big comfy bed, cosy sofas in the living room, spacious bathroom. there was a large table to have our food on 😍 breakfast was a nice selection of vegetables, meats, cheeses and tasty Egyptian foods 😋 there was freshly made omelette. views over the sea from the breakfast restaurant. highly recommended, excellent location
The staff went out of their way to make you feel more important than you actually are:) Very friendly. The room had super high ceilings and the balcony directly overlooked the water giving you a great view of all the chaos that is Egypt until it quieted down later at night. You could see lots of classical touches that suggested this is where the richest of the rich once stayed and that gave it a charm.
the most important is the staff, I have stayed in many properties in Egypt and non beats the friendly professional attitude of the sunrise staff this is what make the place very memorable. want to thank the front desk staff especially Mr Moustafa (thank you for generous and great hospitality). Captain Nader at the gym made sure to remain healthy during my stay.
A great place when you’re traveling alone and want to meet some people. The Egyptian breakfast was very good and the common area is very cozy. The check in was really easy through a QR-code at the reception and the WiFi was better than in most hotels I stayed in in Egypt. There is a kitchen free to use and drinking water.
Best nights sleep I’ve had since being in Egypt - bed very comfortable and little outside noise. The apartment was clean and as a solo traveler it was great to escape to from a hotel room with the extra space. Everything worked perfectly including the washing machine and Netflix. Definitely recommend
it is a very nice apartment with all facilities needed, kitchen, laundry, AC, nice shower and clean comfortable beds. the owner is very nice and helpful, nice experience for Alexandria. located in a local community; it is a nice place to experience local Egyptian life.
The staff were very kind and generous, because we arrived quite early to the hotel and waited until the check in time they upgraded our room to a very nice room that had a sea view that made us very happy. Special thanks to Cristina for her hospitality :)
The breakfast was good with many different Egyptian and international varieties. The hotel view is very nice and close to everything you may need. The Concierge was very helpful and hospitable.
It is a different mode to have hotel residency at Hospitality Palace. There are parks around you which are related to the main Montazah Place at Alexandria Egypt. It is an amazing stay.
