The location of Oasis Hotel is just great and close to all amenities as well as the Luxor Railway Station. Luxor Temple lies at the far end of the street and there are public transportation means nearby to drop you off at the ferryboat dock to the West Bank. The Staff are just great esp. Mr. Karam the Hotel Manager and Mr. Ahmed. They were kind enough to offer us welcome hot drinks and provided us with an exceptional upgrade to a room with ensuite bathroom, which we appreciated too much. The Hotel is basic and clean and excellent value for money, it is ideal for solo and budget travelers. There is a favorable air of hospitality around there and the staff are the real highlight of the property.

The staff is very nice and it is in a good location, about a 3 minute walk from Luxor station. The hot showers were great and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would recommend it.

First of all the location was perfect. You can easily go to Luxor temple, the station on foot. And just next to the hostel, there is a good restaurant. Moreover, the staffs are really helpful and kind. They offered me so reasonable tours before and after I arrived at the hostel. Even though the tours are so reasonable, the quality was good, so you can trust whatever they offer you. The price of the room was also great. You can stay at a single room with your private bathroom for the same price as dormitory prices at other hostels.
