The harmonious combination of proximity to the sea and city life. Near the house there are a supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaning, many cafes, restaurants and shops. Comfortable for a short and long rest modern urban apartment. Ideas for those who love to live in the city with modern things around. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. If you are traveling with children, you will be offered a high children's chair, cot, toys and children's books (This service is available upon prior request). A free mini-bar (water, drinks, tea, coffee, sugar, cookies, chocolate, chips, etc.) and a welcome gift (seasonal fruit) are available for all guests upon check-in. Guests are offered a fully equipped kitchen (full set of dishes and cutlery for 6 persons, pots, pans, salad bowls, cutting board, kitchen set, etc.) The bath is equipped with everything you need (bath and hand towels, toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner). Also in the apartment there are a first aid kit and sewing kit.

The Arabia area is located in close proximity to the sea and the Cornish Promenade (Cornish street). Therefore, in this area there is always fresh air and a feeling of freshness and coolness prevails, which cannot be said about the city center. Due to the natural features of the area near Arabia, the coastal line is not wide enough to build residential complexes or hotels in close proximity to the sea. Therefore, practically along the entire area there is a beautiful embankment with the benches, which are invite to contemplative enjoyment of the infinity of the sea.
