Excellent music, world-class sparrows.
Excellent music, world-class sparrows. A lot of tiny art galleries to discover. The unconsciousness of the town lurks in the catacombs beneath the library (feel free to visit, it's impressive).
Also, book your tickets for the next year's Old Music Festival. Some of the best Bach et al. you're ever going to hear.

I liked Haapsalu Neuroloogilise Rehabilitatsioonikeskuse playground. I recommend it a lot for families! But Haapsalu has many great ones. I really liked Iloni imedemaa (it has a playing room on the top floor and a cafeteria in the yard) – suitable for all ages. I also loved the Herman Bistro. I recommend also taking a ride in the city on a small train Peetrike. Aafrika rand is not great for swimming but has an amazing playground. Hestia spa is great too! And Dietrich is a great place to eat also with babies. Mari Disain and NIela on Karja street is a great place to shop local design.

Such a lovely and pretty town.
Such a lovely and pretty town. Some really really good restaurants too, as well as cafes and summer terrace bars. Absolutely beautiful promenade by the sea, and a fascinating castle ruin with a very good museum. Highly recommendable.

Beaches are fair, ferry to Hiumaa is something that one should do for a day, at least. Nearby ex-soviet military base is interesting. Haapsalu is nice and clean. There can be some overpriced cafes in the very centre, but there is also a very nice swimming pool in the centre where 5 euros can biy you 2 hours of water relaxation, or swimming - as you like.

Super nice place with very cozy vibe - there is smth very attractive about the place. Perfect place for relaxing trip. Everything is in short walking distance, lots of places to eat, beach close by - just perfect 🙂 highly suggested to get a bike and tour around the area to see the most of the town.
A very cozy appartment in the very heart of Haapsalu. Very clean, comfortable and nice to live in. Also equipped with all the necessary stuff for a multi-day stay. We stayed during the winter, but I imagine it would be lovely in summertime for a holiday getaway. Also, I must add that during our stay it was -20 C in the night (appartment was very warm in spite of this), and our car battery died during the night - the host reacted swiftly and helped us with the car, for which we are very grateful.
The hotel was just what we expected, though with some aura of Soviet era buliding. Personal was kind and welcomig. SPA zone pretty good with nice selction of saunas. Nice surroundings - forest, seaside. Not a complaint, but on Midsummer vacations it was crowded - effect of being popular destination. The second floor rooms have balcony - worth to consider, if You'd like to have evening drink with partner/friends. Abundant breakfast offer, with pancakes included.
Quite and recently renovated place, close to the city center and various public places. Very nice and warm hearted hosts, lady suggested where to go for a walk, what to see and how to get there. Room was clean, equipped with everything to have a rest and even prepare a meal by ourselves. Dog friendly. Free parking place in the courtyard. Definitely would come here again when will visit Haapsalu.
Beautiful clean place. Super cozy and no surprises. Everything was as seen on the pictures. Self check in was easy and quick. Great quiet location in the old town of Haapsalu with great amenities and a stacked out kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful with instructions about parking etc.
Would def recommend the apartment. 5 out of 5 for sure and will prob visit again soon!
Friendly owner, quiet location and nothing is far away in Haapsalu. Good terrace, nice small room with kitchen corner and bathroom. Everything is clean and nicely decorated. Sleeping is on the sofa bed, but as it is leather sofa then not the most comfortable to sleep. But would do well for couple of nights. Good, strong wifi and TV (only Estonian channel over air).
Very nice and cosy apartment in the middle of Haapsalu. Everything is close by and just a walk away.
Stayed there for HÕFF festival and it was a close straight walk to the main building.
The owner had thought of everything and all the necessary stuff was found in the apartment.
Definitely considering this as a first option when going to stay in Haapsalu again.
Despite some setbacks, my stay at Beguta had its positive aspects. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location provided easy access to attractions and amenities, enhancing the overall experience.
Very clean and cozy room, helpful stuff, separate kitchen with all what you need to cook, nice garden.
Friendly stuff, explained all and even let us stay as long as we want after original check out which was 12:00
Free parking in yard.
The hotel is near the old town and you can walk everywhere. This hotel is newly renovated and instead of giving you a room card you get a bracelet that is much easier to keep with you when you are going to the spa etc.
Comfy stay close to center. Host had thought about everything (from coffee beans till ventilator). Apartment was just as you can see from pictures. Will definately consider this place when visiting Haapsalu again.
Location of the hotel is good. The ruins of Haapsalu castle is really close so it was quick and nice to return to hotel after TaffFest.
The lady who helps with breakfast is really good.
We didn´t spend much time in apartments, just spent the night as we attended wedding in Haapsalu. But it was clean and nice - just like on the pictures. Free parking and great location.
The best thing because of extremely hot weather was a conditioner in the hotel room! We enjoyed the spa very much!
My husband loved rice porridge for breakfast.
