Modern and new 3-room apartment at Paepargi with balcony and private parking. Near Kadrioru Park, Kumu art museum and T1 Mall of Tallinn. Prices include 9% VAT. The apartment is fully equipped, (Wifi, cable TV, etc). Location is in the immediate vicinity of Kadriorg and the city center - in the peaceful Pae Park with its public sporting facilities and scenic lake. Fast access to the main roads by car. Public transportation reaches old town in 10 minutes via Gonsiori street from the bus stop.
The apartment was completed in 2019. -) Master bedroom with 180cm wide bed. -) Second bedroom with 90cm wide bunk bed. -) Living room bed/sofa is 140cm wide. -) All linens, towels, shampoo and other essentials are provided. -) The apartment includes 2 work desks and chairs -) Microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and everything else you would need in the kitchen. -) Iron and ironing board, drying racks, washing machine with dryer. -) Various board games and Playstation 3 video games. Free Wifi, Cable TV with recording and 50+ channels. Samsung 4k resolution Smart TV for full entertainment. -) You have all you need, so feel free to live like at home. -) The unit has 1 dedicated free parking spot next to the house. Additionally, the streets near the house has free public parking and some public parking lots. Location The address is Paepargi 39. Nearby are Ülemiste City, Ülemiste Center, T1 Mall of Tallinn. Quick access to main roads. Within a 1-minute walk, you will find the Maxima XX supermarket and Circle K station with its 24/7 convenience store and cafeteria.
Parking There is 1 individual parking spot dedicated to the apartment. There are also additional common guest spaces for the building for short-term parking, and free public parking next to Circle K within 1 min from the apartment. Additional rules ○ No parties, events, or extra visitors. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. This includes inviting extra guests, playing loud music, or disturbing the neighbors. Breaking this rule may result in immediate cancellation without a refund, a 300 euro fee, and other penalties. ○ The minimum age for booking our property is 25 years old. This is mainly to reduce the party risk, but we may accept requests from traveling young groups if they have a valid reason and positive reviews. ○ Local young groups of few nights are in the “party-prevention” risk group, so we may scrutinize and decline such requests. ○ We kindly ask you to treat our home with care and respect during your stay. Please dispose of any trash, start the dishwasher, and put everything back where you found it, leaving the space in good condition. We appreciate your help and cooperation
