The rooftop bar and the 50% off food and drinks offered to guest made this place exceptional. The private rooms were quite large, and we had one room with a shared shower and one room with our own shower. Both were great and affordable.

We loved everything about this hostel. Our private room was great value, basic but with everything we needed. The upstairs restaurant has a great view over the city, cheap but good food and drinks, and a nice vibe for relaxing or meeting fellow travelers. The bar music can be a bit noisy at times, but this stops every night at 11pm sharp so it didn’t bother us at all. The travel agency downstairs can help you organize tours and transfers. We did the free walking tour (definitely recommend), a day trip to Otavalo, and then also stayed 2 nights in Secret Garden Cotopaxi (must do!)… but the staff can help you plan anything you want to do, they are wonderful!!

Location and view were amazing. The rooftop is the best in town and happy hour was a blast. The rooms are a little bare minimum, but everything else is amazing. The organization of the shuttle to their Cotopaxi location was super helpful too. Would recommend to friends!

They had a free walking tour that was excellent. Also the view from the restaurant was amazing. The main reason we chose this place was they offered a direct shuttle to Banos for only $20 per person. This was excellent - safe and they delivered us directly to our airbnb in Banos. The shuttle leaves at 3pm each day so it allowed us to take their 10am free walking tour. We had the veggie lasagne at the restaurant and it was great - packed with veggies!

Clean room and shared bathroom. Lovely view from terrace while having breakfast. Yummy avo toast. Staff super helpful re planning transport and activities and giving recommendations. Good location.

I am always skeptical of staying at Hostels, but this place blew my mind. The service was second to none. The staff was kind and friendly. Great activities to choose from. They have an agency on site which made it easy for you to book tours/activities to take part in. I stayed here and then left to the Amazon Jungle experience and then came back. I stayed in a 4 bed form and 6 bed dorm respectively. The place was cleaned. I had left my shoes there the first time and when I got back it was in the lost and found waiting for me. The location is prime in the city center. Walking distance from activities to do in the city. But we were strongly discouraged to walking around the city at night by yourself. But no problem - after quiet hours at 11PM they take the party across the street into a little bar like place. I enjoyed staying there and when I am back in Quito I would stay there again.
